• NICMAR Delhi-NCR, enforces strict adherence to its payment and refund policies. Please ensure compliance with the Policy for Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fee.

The offer of admission is subject to:

• Verification of your graduate degree certificate and all other original records on the basis of which this offer of admission will be validated (including eligibility). Verification of documents will be done at the time of registration.
• The admission will stand cancelled if any of the documents or declarations submitted by you are found incorrect or false.
• The candidate must appear for at least one of the entrance examination specified under the AICTE admission criteria.

Important Note: All admissions to NICMAR Delhi-NCR are provisional. Students must submit their passing certificate and related documents by August 28, 2026, failing which their admission will be cancelled, and they will be ineligible for institute examinations.

• Submission of your Migration Certificate and Leaving/Transfer Certificate is mandatory for receiving the final postgraduate mark sheet and degree from NICMAR Delhi-NCR.
• As a NICMAR Delhi-NCR student, you must adhere to the Institute's Rules, Academic Guidelines, and Code of Conduct. An undertaking will be required before joining.
• Hostel accommodation is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Hostel and Mess Fee are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Hostel and Mess Fee must be paid strictly as per the attached Fee Schedule.
