• For your eligibility to the Scholarships please contact to the institute at email registrar@ncr.nicmar.ac.in
• Remaining instalments must be paid as per the fee schedule.
• Candidate will receive acknowledgment email after receiving the 1st instalment of fee.
• Fee once paid is non-transferable.
• This fee does not include expenses incurred on lodging and food.
• NICMAR Delhi-NCR, enforces strict adherence to its payment and refund policies. Please ensure compliance with the Policy for Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fee.

The offer of admission is subject to:

• Verification of your graduate degree certificate and all other original records on the basis of which this offer of admission will be validated (including eligibility). Verification of documents will be done during commencement of the programme.
• The admission will stand cancelled if any of the documents or declarations submitted by you are found incorrect or false.
• The candidate must appear for at least one of the examinations specified under the AICTE admission criteria.

Important Note: All admissions to NICMAR Delhi-NCR are provisional. Students must submit their passing certificate by August 29, 2025, failing which their admission will be cancelled, and they will be ineligible for institute examinations.

• Submission of your Migration Certificate and Leaving/Transfer Certificate is mandatory for receiving the final postgraduate mark sheet and degree from NICMAR Delhi-NCR.
• As a NICMAR Delhi-NCR student, you must adhere to the Institute's Rules, Academic Guidelines, and Code of Conduct. An undertaking will be required before joining.
• Hostel accommodation is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the limited number of rooms, those who could not be accommodated inside the campus hostels, will be assisted in finding nearby alternatives, subject to availability. Hostel and food fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• NICMAR Delhi-NCR values the spirit of collective effort, encompassing students, faculty, and non-teaching staff. We eagerly anticipate your participation as a valuable team member in our NICMAR family.

The signed Declaration witnessed by your guardian, must be sent to the institute at email registrar@ncr.nicmar.ac.in, within 7 days of the 1st instalment payment.
